Born and bred in Perigord, the grandson of a traditional farmer, i hold a fervent passion for a specific type of Truffle named « Diamant Noir » or Black Diamond.

Having studied in Bordeaux where my parents both held professional careers, I started my first business at the age of twenty-eight.

Today, now aged forty, I have decided to go back to my roots and the area of my ancestry where I can develop and realise my passion for truffles.

I have therefore created a company called TRUFFES GOYAT, wholly specialised in the cultivation of the black Perigord Truffle which originated from the Aquitaine region.
